Description

    - !! IMPORTANT !! This sheet being two years old is not thoroughly exact anymore. Prices have slightly raised on several options, a new sheet is being worked on and will soon be updated. In the meanwhile, please note me if you'd like any information about the price change; I'll make a quote based on what you want to let you know the new price. Thank you! -

Oh my dear fricking god, this took like forever to finish, but I'm hella glad it's done because I was supposed to do it sooo long ago, and now it's finally forever, with updated prices and all, and I will no longer have to copy/paste a 15ft long text to people who want info on commission, finally just one link to send and also something clean to showcase!! I'm quite satisfied, at last! Anyway, I hope this doesn't look too bad or confusing. I had to make my taste for over-explaining everything clash against the need of simplicity if I didn't want to scare people away, so I tried to make something both complete and easy to understand and follow. You tell me if this looks clear to you!
Also, the original fice was HUGE so I resized it to half its size but normally it's still big enough for you to zoom in, read everything just fine and still see every little designing mistake I've scattered around. This took too many hours as it is lol, I wasn't going to correct every little thing. :XD:
Well! That being said, I have to write all those Rules and Terms of Services things. My labour is not over.

:bulletred: TERMS OF SERVICES & RULES :bulletred:

    • Payments are accepted through Paypal. Points may also be accepted on the rate of 1USD = 100 points. I won't accept points for high amounts (50USD+)! You can combine a payment with both points & cash.

    • I have all the rights to refuse an order if for any reason I cannot/do not want to do it. I am usually open for very diverse kinds of characters/situations/challenge, but if I feel like it's not technically possible for me, if I'm not confident on the subject, if I feel like I don't have the time for such an order, or if I dislike the commission; I may refuse it. Nothing personal, I will usually explain why I cannot accept your order. And also even though this is paid work I don't want to feel too obliged to do it, it would be bad both for the result and for me!

    • I am mainly a canine artist on this site as you will notice, but I draw many other things. I will accept drawing other kinds of animals, creatures, humans, anthros... If you're not sure, just ask and I'll tell you if I'm able.

    • When you order something from me, you must be aware that it might take me a LONG time to complete it, especially when it starts including backgrounds, complex shading & such. The larger the commission, the longer it takes, and so it will stretch in time because I have a lot of IRL work that needs to be completed before anything virtual. So please, if you are not patient, avoid ordering something very detailed from me or see the "Priority commission" fee on the Price sheet above. I do try my best to finish your order in the shortest delays but please understand that I currently have, perhaps, the busiest schedule I've ever had in my life so far.

    • HOWEVER something you can expect from me is quality. I give my best into commissions and I will most definitely be attentive to everything you say: my goal is to be sure you won't be disappointed so I give extra care to Reference sheets of your characters and such. Your character will be as close to himself as it can be, no missing markings and stuff like this.

    • When you get to order something you always get a quick preview sketch of what we've agreed on showing emotion, background setting, motion, etc... So that we are sure we both agree on what the picture is going to be. AFTER THAT you have to send FULL PAYMENT for me to validate the commission and continue working on it: once the sketch is validated, you cannot change the idea & everything later on! Of course minor modifications might be applied but if it involves going back to the sketch stage when I was much further into my work it will be refused. I also won't accept any complaints & refund inquiries about something that we had agreed on. That's the purpose of showing you the sketch: if something is wrong, you have to tell me before it is validated and paid.

    • Beside the first sketch step, I usually don't send any other WIP to the commissionner, unless you specified it / want to check on progress or if I have a question about something in particular. Other than that, I might only send other WIPs if the commission is heavy and needs to be regularly checked on.

    • I always prefer payments in full after validation. However, if the amount due is high (100USD+), we may try to arrange for you to pay at several times. You can also split the amount and pay it with both points & money.

I DO NOT DO REFUNDS, especially if you decide it is taking too long (read above) or if it's about the final result not being to your liking: if I haven't strayed from your demand, if I haven't made any incorrigible mistakes, if I stayed true to your order and my usual quality: you cannot be paid back for simply not wanting a drawing you've ordered anymore. I am sorry but also, if something happened in your life after the order has been validated & actively started and you realize you need that money back, I won't be able to refund you either. I also need that money, otherwise I'd be doing requests. I cannot just invest my time for nothing in the end. Only for some really drastical reasons we may find an arrangement such as stopping the commission at the most recent step it has reached, sending to you what's been done, and reimbursing the difference of what needed to be finish. The only other reason for me to do a total or partial refund is if I realize that for some reason I cannot finish your drawing.

Prices written here are not to be haggled: they were set according to the estimated time I send on each drawing, they also include taxes of all sorts. They remain very low compared to industry standards, they might also be lower than many other artists, though it is not any kind of competition: pay what you can afford if you feel like my art is worth it and you have enough means. I cannot afford, just like many others, to work many hours on something only for a few dollars, I'd rather find another job to do during these hours instead. If you want lower prices you can keep an eye out for auctions / YCH / adopts that can sometimes be sold for less than the listed price.

    • Prices written are meant to give a range idea of how much you will have to pay: the final cost estimate will be entirely up to me once I've been provided with all informations regarding the commissions. It may be lower or higher than what was roughly indicated according on complexity and details wanted etc. In the end, I am the only one to decide if your character is complex or not to me and how much work I plan to spend. If you do not agree with the price, you are entirely free to refuse.

    • Once a commission is completed, we both have rights on the picture: I still reserve the right to showcase it on my galleries or anywhere as an example of my work, use it for personal banners, etc... However, you detain the right to use it for whatever PERSONAL USE you may like: print a poster, play it as a RPG character, put it on your site (with my credits, you cannot claim the drawing to be made by you) etc. It has to remain PERSONAL use: if your order from me is destined to be used for commercial purposes, we have to discuss a whole new price & copyright agreements.

    • If you would like to have examples for a particular kind of commission or if you have a question about anything, do not hesitate to ask. :) I will be glad to enlight you.

Want a commission? Send me a note anytime and we'll discuss it!

    Thank you for reading!

I saw you have mainly wolves, I was wondering if you drew dogs as well? aka golden retriever maybe? (Potential custom character idea) -steampunk/magic/victorian canine he just looks like a golden retriever haha. Wouldn’t have to be perfect either, more or less just looking for the similar head and muzzle type, floppy ears and fluffy tail/belly.

Are your comms open btw?
